Because AMORA operates as a single, exclusive private studio, reserved dates are blocked completely from other prospective guests. We strive to maintain a fair balance between guest flexibility and operational viability.
Full refund or free date rescheduling if notified at least 7 days before check-in date.
50% refund or one-time date rescheduling credit valid for 60 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled check-in or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
We understand that travel plans and personal emergencies can evolve unexpectedly. If you need to modify your stay dates, please notify our team via WhatsApp as early as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate revised dates based on studio calendar availability without cancellation penalties when requested at least 5 days in advance.
No refunds or date credits can be granted for late check-in arrivals or early voluntary departures after check-in has been completed.
Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original bank account or UPI source from which the advance payment was received.
