1. Nature of Accommodation

AMORA is an exclusive private studio accommodation operated on a short-stay boutique basis in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. By submitting an enquiry, reserving dates, and checking in, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Guest Capacity & Age Requirements

• Maximum Occupancy: The studio is designated strictly for a maximum of two (2) adult guests.
• Age Requirement: Primary reserving guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Couples: AMORA warmly welcomes adult couples celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or seeking romantic retreats. Valid original government identification is mandatory for both guests.
• Unregistered Visitors: Outside visitors are strictly prohibited in the studio at all times. Only pre-registered guests whose IDs have been submitted are permitted entry to ensure safety and quiet community living.

3. Check-in & Check-out Schedules

• Check-in Time: Standard arrival is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards.
• Check-out Time: Standard departure is by 11:00 (11:00 AM) sharp to allow professional sanitization and preparation for incoming guests.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Dependent upon studio availability and cleaning turnaround. Must be requested in advance; hourly surcharges may apply.

4. Mandatory Identification Documents

In accordance with regulatory mandates of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and local police verification norms, all staying guests must present valid, original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Indian Passport, or Driving License) prior to access. PAN cards are not legally acceptable as valid proof of residential address.

5. Security Deposit & Damage Policy

A refundable security deposit of 2,000 (Refundable upon check-out) may be collected at check-in. The deposit is refunded in full upon check-out following property inspection, provided no damages, missing items, heavy soiling, or violation of house rules (e.g. smoking inside the premises) have occurred.

6. House Conduct, Smoking & Noise

• Non-Smoking Studio: Smoking of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or any substance inside the studio is strictly prohibited. Violators incur an extensive deep-cleaning sanitization fee.
• Quiet Hours: Respectful quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Loud music, parties, disruptive events, or commercial production activities are strictly forbidden.
• Illegal Activities: Possession or consumption of illegal substances, weapons, or engagement in unlawful activities is prohibited and results in immediate eviction without refund and notification of law enforcement.

7. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

AMORA shall not be liable for temporary disruptions of utility services (electricity, water, fiber internet) caused by municipal supply failure, severe weather, or infrastructure repairs beyond our reasonable control. Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal valuables during their stay.
